TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention lies at the interface between the fields of signaling and the security of individuals passing from one space to another via an access door. More particularly, the invention relates to the field of passenger rail transport, such as the train or the subway, stations and stations, which include many generally sliding doors allowing passengers to get in and out of cars. These doors are provided with numerous elastomer linings constituting as many seals, in particular on the vertical edges of the leaves which come into contact when the doors are closed or on the frames. These seals are also found around the windows of doors and cars.
The invention also aims to offer new rubber seals capable of replacing these elastomeric seals and capable of ensuring the tightness of doors and windows and also of providing a signaling support on the operation of the doors.
STATE OF THE ART
Rail transport, especially metros and suburban trains, transport millions of passengers to cities all over the world whose security and information must be ensured under difficult conditions, being a confined environment where materials used must meet drastic standards, particularly in relation to the risk of fire. In particular, do not give off toxic vapors in the event of a fire or even wear, and do not generate harmful harmful particles in order to preserve the ambient air quality as much as possible. In addition, the signage must be clear, visible to the greatest number of individuals regardless of their position in the cars or on the platform.
In addition, the equipment must be designed to facilitate maintenance, both in terms of repair and replacement, to limit the risk of breakdowns and shorten downtime.
In terms of safety, the platforms are nowadays more and more fitted with landing doors aimed at preventing the fall of individuals, whether accidental, by suicide or malice, but also of objects which lead people to descend onto the tracks with the risks and delays that this induces, without counting the amount of litter that these quay facades prevent from throwing on the tracks, thereby facilitating maintenance.
Cars and platform doors are therefore one of the key elements since they are sources of danger and are subject to intense opening and closing constraints and therefore susceptible to numerous breakdowns or malfunctions.
These doors include one or more sliding, sliding or swaying leaves, actuated by mechanisms of the type described in French patent No. 3,003,289. They are associated with an electronic circuit board connected to a detection terminal which in the event of a problem may cause the system to lock up by a circuit breaker. These doors are fitted with elastomer linings, the purpose of which is to ensure the watertightness of the door, at the level of the panels and of the frame, and the security of the passages thanks to a certain elasticity which attenuates pinching, or by the presence of circuit breaker to prevent trapping of objects or passengers.
Thus, there are various devices associated with these doors, among these include the profiled rods described in European patent No. EP 2 174814 comprising a flexible housing in which is placed an electrical sensor or the seal proposed in the patent French No. 3,008,035 having a chamber in which a switching element is placed. Also known are the sets of male and female seals, proposed in European patent No. 2 243 678 where the male seal comprises a pressure sensor.
These seals are either fixed directly on the door, or via a profile, having shapes complementary to the attachment portion of the profile as described in French patent No. 3,025,164.
In addition, the doors include minimal signage, generally in the form of an audible signal, accompanied by a flashing red light, which precedes closing. In some cases, the transport companies have teams on the platforms which inform, by instructions and an adapted gesture, the users that they must wait for the descent of the passengers to get into the cars and that they no longer have to get on. made the imminent closing of the doors. We know in fields other than the transport of information devices for the closing or opening of access doors. These are devices associated with glass slabs and providing light effects in three colors Ft-V-B, for example proposed in European patent No. 1,746,243.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION
These light effect systems are fragile and therefore not adapted to the environment requiring public transport, which nevertheless deserves a little animation to brighten the lives of users.
The purpose of the present invention is precisely to offer a new communication system which is adapted to the constraints of public transport. In this perspective, another object of the present invention is to offer an elastomer profile capable of allowing light to pass through, meeting the standards required by the authorities for public transport in an enclosed environment and therefore capable of replacing all or part black elastomer seals encountered on car doors or on the edges of door windows or even cars.
STATEMENT OF THE INVENTION
This object and others reported below, are achieved thanks to a translucent elastomer profile developed by the Applicant thanks to its knowledge of rubber. It is a kneadable and vulcanizable silicone elastomer which is transparent so as to allow light to pass through. This transparency can be modulated by the addition of various additives, well known in silicone chemistry, to give the elastomer profile a more or less translucent appearance, for example milky, porcelain white, or tinted in the mass in various colors or again with effects for example of pigmentations.
The translucent elastomer profile according to the invention meets the standard EN45545 classification R22 HL 3.
This new elastomer thus protects a light source useful for signage in public transport.
The present invention therefore relates very particularly to a device for signaling the operation of a door with a leaf or several panels, of the type comprising elastomer seals, characterized in that said device comprises a translucent elastomer profile constituting all or part of said seal and at least one light source whose effect varies during the different operating phases of the door, the translucent elastomer profile ensuring the protection of said light source.
This protection ensures the longevity and visibility of the light source and is only possible thanks to the translucent nature of the profile, which also has the robustness required to ensure the function of a seal between the doors.
According to a shape generally encountered at the junction of the doors during closing, the translucent elastomer profile constitutes all or part of the couple formed by a male seal and a female seal coming into contact when the door is closed. However, the profile of the invention can replace any other form of seal.
All the security installations comprising a system for detecting an object or an individual trapped in the door used in the prior art are compatible with the translucent elastomer profile of the invention.
Among these, the invention envisages more particularly a detection system of the type in which the seal includes a deformation sensor, such as a pressure sensor. This is generally in the male joint of the joint assembly, it is connected by a cable to a detection terminal which in the event of an incident allows the closing of the door or even the stopping of the vehicle. like a metro or train train.
The light source can be arranged either inside the translucent elastomer profile or on the edges of the frame and / or door leaves at the level of the elastomer profile attachment. In all cases, the translucent elastomer profile protects the light source from impact and dirt.
Generally, we prefer to place the light source on the door frame either directly on the frame, or via a support, such as an aluminum rail, where we come to hang the joint, the light source comes in the form a strip which is placed at the bottom of a groove over which the elastomer seal is hooked.
Thus, the translucent elastomer profile is fixed to the edges of the frame and / or door panels, either directly or via a support such as an aluminum rail.
The signaling device according to the invention advantageously comprises a light diffuser placed in front of the light source. This diffuser can be placed in the transparent elastomer profile or in the door frame or the support of the profile on the door frame. Indeed, the main role of the diffuser is to avoid the effect of pixelation linked to the use of certain light sources.
As indicated above, the translucent elastomer profile is a hot-vulcanizable silicone elastomer. It meets the standard EN45-545 classification R22 HL 3. It can include one or more additives giving the translucent elastomer profile the ability to generate additional light effects, such as the ability to scatter light. Thus, if the profile is tinted for example to give a milky effect, the diffuser is not necessary.
According to the signage device of the invention, the effect of the light source varies to indicate at least one of the following door operating phases:
- the impending opening of the door,
- the possibility of safely crossing the door,
- the impending closure of the door,
- door closing, door malfunction,
- the proper functioning of the door when it is closed.
According to a preferred form of the invention, the effect of the light source is a variation between at least two colors, preferably red and green, the effect of green color indicating the possibility of safely crossing the door, the red effect indicating a danger.
Most preferably, the effect of the light source is a variation between at least three colors, preferably red, green and white, the effect of green indicating the possibility of safely crossing the door, l 'red effect indicating a danger, the white effect indicating the proper functioning of the door when it is closed.
The signaling device of the invention can be programmed to deliver the following information cycle:
- white light: movement of the vehicle with the doors blocked but in operation;
- green light: door opening in station (for example 4 seconds before opening and 4 seconds of opening);
- flashing red: closing with activation of the jamming detection system (for example 4 seconds);
- solid red: departure of the vehicle;
- return to white if no incident detection, etc.
The light source advantageously consists of light-emitting diodes (LEDs). Most preferably, the light source consists of two LED ramps, either so that one of the ramps replaces the other when it fails, or to increase the intensity of the light effect, or to give a movement effect to the light effect, for example during a flashing light.
One of the advantages of the translucent elastomer profile of the invention is that it can replace all the gaskets of a door whatever the shape of the door and its operating mode, whether it is a door of the one or two sliding leaves, or sliding and swaying, automatic or semi-automatic. The translucent elastomer profile of the invention can be placed on all edges of the door, its frame or around the windows and thus offer a modular signage device perfectly protecting the light source. However, it is preferable to place the device of the invention as a seal on the leaves according to the set of male and female seals which come into contact when the door is closed so that the light effect is visible to users who are on both sides of the door.
The signaling device of the invention accepts many variants of the light effect as alternations chosen from the group comprising: flashing, fixed lighting, switching off, to indicate at least one of the operating phases of the next door: the imminence of the opening of the
Ί door, the possibility of safely crossing the door, the imminence of the door closing, the door closing, a door malfunction, the proper functioning of the door when it is closed.
The signaling device of the invention may also include, associated with the effect of the light source, a sound signal reproducing by sound all or part of the effects of the light source.
The invention also relates to a door of a means of passenger transport or of access to a means of passenger transport, provided with one or more devices described above, the said device (s) signaling Passengers inside and outside of the means of transportation the safe passage between the platform and the means of transportation. The invention also relates to a means of passenger transport comprising one or more of these identical or different doors.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
Other advantages, aims and particular characteristics of the present invention will emerge from the non-limiting description which follows of at least one particular embodiment of the devices and methods which are the subject of the present invention, with reference to the appended drawings, in which:

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 represents the portion of a car 1 of a public transport vehicle, like a subway train, comprising a door 2 with two panels 3 and 4. This door 2 is driven by a mechanism usual in transport vehicles audience according to the kinematics of the door. In the example in Figure 1, this is a sliding and sliding door. Each of the leaves 3 and 4 has on its inner edge a seal 5 and 6, one male the other female, forming the seal of its door 2 when it is closed. Joints 5 and 6 are entirely made up of the translucent elastomer profile according to the invention. These joints are visible from the inside and outside of the car so that the light effects they express are visible to as many passengers as possible.
When the train is running, the signaling device comprising said seals 5 and 6 is lit in white. Once in the station, the doors open and the light turns green for about four seconds. Then the light flashes red to warn passengers on the platform and in the train that the doors will close and turns solid red when the train restarts before returning to white if there has been no incident. The detection system, not shown in the figure, is triggered if during closing something gets stuck between the doors, and the signage of the device of the invention remains red.
In the case of a door that does not work, the signage worn by this door remains in red to inform passengers that this door cannot be used in stations.
2 shows a sectional view of the male part 5 of a seal which is formed by the translucent elastomer profile of the invention. It is a joint of a form that is often encountered in the field of transport vehicles. The female part 6 of the seal (not shown in Figure 2) has a complementary shape and is also constituted by the translucent elastomer profile of the invention.
The male 5 and female 6 sections of elastomer according to the invention are made of hot vulcanizable silicone elastomer meeting standard EN45-545 classification R22 HL 3.
They are manufactured by conventional techniques from rubber by hollow and / or solid extrusion more or less spongy depending on the degree of compressibility sought. They are cut to the desired dimensions and then hung on the inside edges of the door leaves. The profile 5 is fixed to the inner edge of the wing 3 by means of a support constituted by an aluminum rail itself fixed on the edge of the wing by any means of attachment (not shown in Figure 2).
The profile 5 is on one side held on its support thanks to its first protuberance 7 which is inserted into a housing 8 provided for this purpose in the support.
This first protuberance is wedged against supports 8 and 9 of the support. The attachment is reinforced by the tabs 10 and 11 of the profile resting on the outer part of the support. The profile 5 comprises on the side opposite to the first protuberance a second protuberance 12 constituting the male part of the seal and intended to come to bear on the female part of the seal not shown in FIG. 2. Near this second protuberance 12, the profile has a tongue 13 participating in the pressure sensor and cooperating with the detection system (not shown in FIG. 2) of an object wedged between the male and female parts of the seal when the door is closed and the leaves come into contact via the profiles constituting the joint.
Profile 5 has three empty chambers 14, 15 and 16 which contribute to the compressibility of the joint.
In an exemplary embodiment not shown in FIG. 2, these chambers could contain the light sources of the device of the invention. In the case of FIG. 2, the light source 17 and 18 is placed at the bottom of the support. It comes in the form of two red, green and white (RGB) LED strips. In order to avoid the pixelation of light in the translucent elastomer profile, a diffuser 19 was placed in front of the RGB LED strips. This diffuser 19 is wedged between the first protuberance 7 and the interior walls of the support.
As shown in FIG. 2, a major advantage of the device of the invention, in addition to the fact that it acts as a seal and that it signals the operation of the door, is that it is easy to assemble, to replace and to be maintained, both at the light source 17 and at the diffuser 19 as well as at the profile 5.
